Pure Agency partnered with Park Avenue Finance to rebuild their brand and digital presence around a single objective: growth through online advertising. Principal Jon Charisiou approached us to develop a lead generation strategy for the business, and it became clear early that the existing website could never support it.
What followed was a full identity rebuild and a website designed from the ground up as advertising infrastructure. Every element, from the information architecture to the copy on each service page, was built to receive paid traffic, qualify the enquiry and hand it cleanly to the systems waiting behind it.

About the project.
Challenges
Park Avenue Finance had been operating on a website supplied by their aggregator, built on WordPress. It had served its purpose in the early years, but it was a template, the same one issued to every other broker on the panel. For a business whose entire proposition is arranging the deals other brokers can't, looking identical to everyone else was a genuine commercial liability.
The practical limitations were just as pressing. Load times were slow, custom components weren't possible, and even minor changes were cumbersome to make. Jon wanted a presence that felt premium, performed quickly, and could be adapted at the pace his business was moving.
The deeper constraint was strategic. The lead generation plan required advanced customer journey flows and considered lead capture across a remarkably wide audience, from a first home buyer seeking guidance on government grants through to a developer funding a $200 million project without pre-sales. A template site had no capacity to serve either audience properly, let alone both.
What we did
We began with strategy rather than design. Before any page was drawn, we mapped an information architecture that aligned directly with the plan to grow Jon's business through online advertising, so that the structure of the site and the structure of the campaigns were designed as one system.
Running in parallel, we undertook a complete identity rebuild. Jon arrived with a clear vision of where he wanted the brand positioned, and our role was to interpret it, translating that intent into a considered visual identity and then carrying it through every element of the website so the brand and the digital experience arrived together rather than one being applied over the other.
The architecture organises Park Avenue's offering into three pillars, Residential, Commercial and Specialist, with individual pages for each lending type beneath them. This granularity is deliberate: each page functions as a destination for paid traffic, allowing campaigns to send a construction loan enquiry and an SMSF enquiry to entirely different, purpose-written landing points. Developer Solutions was lifted out as its own top-level section rather than nested inside Commercial, recognising that developers represent a distinct, high-value audience deserving their own entry point and journey.
We wrote all copy from scratch, calibrating tone across the full spread of audiences so the site speaks credibly to a first home buyer and a commercial developer without either feeling it landed in the wrong place. The site is supported by a resources hub of articles and market commentary, which we continue to write on an ongoing basis, alongside embedded calculators and a comprehensive FAQ library.
The website was built on Framer for performance and flexibility, resolving the two constraints Jon raised at the outset: it loads quickly, and it allows us to build custom components and ship changes rapidly as the strategy evolves. Behind it sits a CRM we established for Park Avenue, with nurture sequences and automated lead follow-up ensuring every enquiry the site captures is managed properly from the moment it arrives.

The result.
Delivered within four weeks, the new Park Avenue Finance website gives the business a digital presence that finally matches the calibre of the deals it arranges. Where the previous site positioned Park Avenue as one broker among many, the new brand and design language place them firmly in premium territory, appropriate for a firm that moves comfortably between $25,000 and $200 million.
More importantly, the site now functions as infrastructure rather than a brochure. The service architecture gives Jon a structured set of destinations to advertise into, each one written for a specific audience and intent, feeding directly into the CRM and automation systems behind it. The website and the growth strategy operate as a single mechanism.
The move off the aggregator template also returned control to the business. Performance improved considerably, and custom components and content changes can now be delivered in a fraction of the time previously required, allowing the site to keep pace with campaign activity instead of constraining it.
Park Avenue Finance now has a platform built for where the business is going rather than where it has been, with the flexibility to keep evolving as the lead generation strategy scales.
