MCC Sustainable Futures partnered with Pure Digital Agency to overhaul their digital marketing strategy and infrastructure. As a consultancy that previously relied heavily on referrals and existing client connections, MCC needed a structured approach to expand into new markets and strengthen their presence online.
We developed a 12-month strategy that introduced new branding, enhanced digital presence, and established lead generation processes. Over seven months, MCC's social media presence grew significantly, their CRM and automation systems streamlined client engagement, and new marketing collateral improved their ability to showcase their expertise.
About the project.
Challenges
MCC’s reliance on referrals and repeat business had previously sustained their growth, but this limited their ability to target new markets. Without a structured marketing approach, they were missing opportunities to connect with potential clients, promote their services, and support their ambitious growth plans. To achieve their goals, MCC needed a complete marketing overhaul - from strategy and collateral development to digital infrastructure and lead generation.
What we did
A tailored 12-month program designed to establish their marketing foundation and support their long-term growth.
Our first priority was to develop a clear digital marketing strategy that aligned with MCC’s objectives. This included introducing a refreshed brand style that built on their existing identity and extended it across new collateral, including capability statements and supporting assets to better showcase their expertise.
With their brand messaging refined, we turned our attention to building MCC’s digital presence. We implemented a structured weekly content calendar and launched new Facebook and Instagram accounts, growing both platforms from zero to hundreds of followers. We also expanded their LinkedIn presence, which quickly surpassed 1,000 followers. These social platforms provided vital social proof to reinforce MCC’s credibility and support their core marketing efforts.
To drive lead generation, we created custom landing pages and interactive scorecards to capture interest from prospective clients. Our efforts were further amplified by targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns anf the promotion of MCC’s real-world and virtual events to key stakeholders. To support these initiatives, we introduced a new CRM system to streamline lead management and automated email nurture sequences to build stronger relationships with prospects.
